I had a case with John due to being fired at an employer. Yes it did take long but I also know it takes time and plus with Covid everything was backed up. horrible. horrible. horrible. John completely ghosted me, never stayed in contact, never told me any updates about my case during a labor/employment case and I would never recommend him to anyone. Stay away.At this point I don't even know if he did anything/started a case on y behalf in the first place.

I spoke to at least a dozen attorneys, none of whom were interested in helping me or thought I had a case. I kept getting pushed to the next person, which somehow led me to John Wu at Averto. I'm so grateful he took on my case and was able to help me move on from a very unjust situation. This firm ignores calls completely. Don't even have the courtesy to return messages. Not realizing that the education they pride themselves of is absolutely worthless if they are not willing to speak with people of all the walks of life without making them feel worthless and lesser ones.
