One star review was off my short but personal experience. The one star reflects my opinion of his quality of service pertaining to the consultation I received. He was rude, short and quit frankly not worth listening to so I hung up. He decides to make a threat because I gave him a one star with no review body. After his threat I figured I divulge to give context. Sue me! Best of luck!

Brad wasn't honest with me. He promised help with obtaining a Certificate of Merit and told me his buddy could do the examination for $1000, but only after I obtain the missing records. He told me he would BASE his interest on the RESULTS. I spent two years collecting information, and they still haven't forked over everything, the defendants were violating laws about disclosing patient records. I talked to him on the phone today, but he wanted $10,000 to get started, I asked him to hold up the deal we had for $1000. He also refused to acknowledge that the complete records he asked me to obtain were necessary for a review, thus contradicting himself after wasting many months of my time. He didn't answer this question, how long after a case is closed without prejudice will the suit remain within limitations? Am I too late? I would be able to produce $10k if this didn't happen or at least a few less nasty other things over the last few years. It seems like other people are obsessed with robbing me of every dollar that I earned. This is an incredibly obvious case, but because Brad isn't a man of his word, he refuses to help me with acquiring the needed document to assess his interest just like he said in the first place. He has reverted to using less information than when he started. He doesn't want easy money, nor was he interested in doing the right thing. The deal was I pay his friend $1000 for the evaluation when I get the records. Now he is pretending otherwise. In response to his to his statement below, he knows this is true. I never said he was my lawyer, that reduces his credibility. He could have an easy $160,000 to take my case, but he just doesn't care about what happens to me. He isn't required to take my case and he knows that isn't what I expect of him. He failed to keep our agreement to help me back in 2024, with the Certificate of Merit exam. Most dentists told me that they don't know what this, that is another lie.(Edited for clarity, now anyone else gets it. My original post was phrased in a way that only us would find easy to understand). I spent all that time trying to get the last few pieces of evidence, now he tells me I didn't have to! That was misleading. He has the audacity to claim I'm not completely credible! He doesn't know how hard it is to get or keep a job when something distracts me from what I am doing 50 times a day and I can't sleep at night. It been like that since 2021. He promised something and he didn't do that. I told the truth about my experience, that is what I did. He can take up his problem with google for allowing Freedom of Speech on the Internet. His response below disregards what we talked about. He has the answers right here and he knows that the only thing he is doing is giving me reasons to complain. This guy sues people for a living and here he goes pretending it's wrong to object toward other peoples' behavior. I have a very solid case and other lawyers passed it up because making people suffer was more important than their success, profitability and integrity. To use his words the way he does, his job is to bad mouth other people, he sounds like a five year old. There is a concept of fact vs fiction. What would he do if he was in my situation? The problem is other peoples' lies, then nasty things to cover it up. Everything he said below was already addressed in this message. I'm sick of being lied to and abused. Defamation only applies of the statements are false. He knows that and he knows I'm telling the truth. I'm the only one in this mess trying to keep me under control. How would anyone possibly calm down when they are dealing with something like this? There are a 100 million people in this country, that use websites the same way I do. I have never posted defamatory statements about anyone online. That's what's going on.
