I'm Pablo, and my family and I found out about the law group when searching for lawyers after our property managers were not fixing problems we were having. When we called and explained the situation, we had a meeting scheduled and the group was very welcoming. They understood our problems and were also able to offer help to other tenants in our building as well! Since then, it has been a very straight forward process. Everything has been explained very well in both English and Spanish. They did let us know the average length of a lawsuit so we knew from the beginning it would take a few years. It has been very professional and we were being updated on the case as it kept moving forward. They have provided services like hiring professionals to inspect our apartment and let us know when everything was being scheduled. If you are having problems with your apartment or rented home I would consider calling them and letting them know about your situation!

Super professional people. They really listen to you and push you to voice your concerns. They take their time and document everything. Another important aspect is that the speak Spanish which is very important because many Latinos don’t know that they have rights and are able to communicate well with the lawyers.
