I can't speak for other attorneys at this firm, but Jon O'Toole did an excellent job representing me in Denton county. Jon achieved a full dismissal of my case rather than allowing me to accept a flow of plea deals. He was incredibly persistent when confronted with a stubborn DA who didn't want to look at the evidence. For over two years, Jon was there with me though an arduous and unjust legal process. In the end, Jon achieved a full dismissal of my case. While other lawyers encouraged me to accept unfair deals that would affect me for the rest of my life, Jon was the opposite, sacrificing his time for my benefit. Jon was also very affordable and seemed to care more about my case than the bill. Isn't that the way it should be?
