I needed an attorney to help me with an administrative hearing and Mr. Flesch took on my case. It seems like it was pointless to have him as the attorney in helping with this. I had to continuously reach out to his office to get updates with my case because they never would send me anything without me doing so. In preparation for the hearing, I had to do the same thing. After the hearing, Mr. Flesch told me that the outcome was one way and it ended up being completely different. I waited for weeks for the final order to come, and their office never sent me a copy of it, even after contacting both him and his paralegal and they said they had no updates. I had to contact the Office of Appeals to get a copy which had been sent to his office a month prior, and still never received it to this day from their office. I then received correspondence directly from the county requiring repayment and when I asked Mr. Flesch how to proceed, he said it was voluntary on my part to pay, which it was not voluntary, it was mandatory. Needless to say, it was very clear there was a lack of support in my case.
