I had an automobile accident on 2018 and since they were highly recommended plus the TV commercials I decided to go and check them out. I was a assigned an attorney and he took all my information to get the process started. I went to a few medical facilities since my injuries were pretty bad at that time. Every time I call to see if there was an update or try to reach out my attorney they either didn't respond or the call went straight to their voicemail and guess what? THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. It took 2 years fighting my case when it could have been done in less than that. I moved out of Colorado but still with the firm thinking they were still working on my case, until an insurance rep called me and stated that out of the sudden Frank D Azar Firm no longer represented me and that I had to pay for all the expenses out of pocket. AN INSURANCE REP!!! The best thing that this firm has is the insufficient professionalism. I would never recommend them whatsoever. If you plan to waste your time and your money by all means go to Frank D Azar. :)
