I can never express my gratitude, nor my utter surprise, at the settlement that Art and Alex secured for my dear mother, Bette, a mother of five, an elementary school librarian for 25 years helping children besides her own, and then a real estate agent until her retirement. The nursing home let my mom die of UTI when a simple antibiotic could have saved her life! I told the admissions director in the parking lot to his face that she was sick, five days later she was dead of septic shock!
