Extremely unprofessional and poor communication. I paid in full and heard nothing from this firm while I was incarcerated. I had to initiate contact myself from jail through a three-way call, only to be told they weren’t planning to meet with me for another two weeks via video. I bonded out on my own and requested a refund on January 1st. It took almost two months for them to issue a partial refund, with no itemized invoice explaining the deductions. Over the phone, they claimed $675 was deducted for two hours of attorney work and court fees—but I have never received proof of the work or an invoice, and my contract didn’t even specify their rates. This feels like a scam—making up work that wasn’t done and hiding charges. I will be reporting them to the bar. Do not use this firm.
