I got a ticket and Ashley, Justin, and those that work silently in the background are AMAZING!! They actually listened to me and my complicated situation, to come up with a solution. The price, the professionalism, respect and kindness was AWESOME! If you’re in need of help and want someone with integrity, genuine care and concern, and transparency CALL THEM TODAY. You will not regret it! Thank you to the whole team!! 💕🙏
5-star everything! I never had to go to court, didn't do much at all really. 1. Called, put down the initial money 2. They negotiated a settlement for a 90-day probation period for my ticket and I paid that total. Never had to go to court in my case, just an email saying to pay the settlement by a date provided. 3. Called the office once I received the settlement to pay. All in, $269.00 for an 83 in a 60mph ticket in the city of Arlington. ($50.00 initial fee, $213.00 for ticket, $6 for handling/payment fee) 4. They will text you the receipt. The staff on the phone call was top-notch, friendly and assuring. All I have to do now is keep from getting a ticket in Arlington for 90 days and my ticket stays off the record and disappears. This lawfirm is AWESOME at what they do! Thank you to them and the city of Arlington for being fair, honest, and rapid at getting me resolution. I will be using and referring people to them from now on. Outstanding job! -JB

Wow! I may have to revise my opinion of people in the law profession. Ashley was awesome. She walked me through the process easy peasy. Way better experience than any other law office I've had the displeasure of dealing with in the Metroplex.

Been using Jim Lollar & now Justin Holt for real close to 40 years. Throughout those years I probably only saw Jim @ most 4 occasions. On the last occasion, & it’s been about 10 years ago, I said to him, “I gotta be the best customer you’ve got.” To which he responded, “You’d do a lot better if you didn’t need me.” Not real certain how many traffic tickets he’s handled of mine but north of 200. Wouldn’t have been able to have drivers license @ all if it weren’t for him. Appreciate you Jim. I love having the privilege of driving

I called for a consultation and the woman I spoke with was short and somewhat dismissive. Honestly, she was not polite at all. While the fees were reasonable, she did mention that they are just starting to work with the city where my ticket is located and didn’t convey much confidence. With her communication along with lack of confidence, definitely looking for a different attorney.
