John Scorsine is an unethical lawyer. He took $15,000 from me to represent me in my case and has ghosted me and refuses to return ANY of my money. I am lodging a complaint against him with the Colorado Bar association. USE EXTREME caution when dealing with this thief.
This Kantaka group is a very bad group, it does not provide any service. I have contacted this group and it has ruined my mood, my trust, and my time. Finally, I want to remind people that this group is run by very irresponsible people.

My case was addressed with no issues, although it wasn't rocket science. However, this firm has refused to provide me my retainer refund even though I requested it three months ago. Their office assistant turnover is awful, so there's always someone new who doesn't know that the firm hasn't returned my money. They fed me some song and dance of "we just closed a bunch of cases all at once, so it's a bit delayed." For three months?? Prepare yourself to call the attorney general to try and get your retainer back, as that is what I am preparing to do.

All of them are very professional and willing to help and financially they work with comes to payment too. Affordable and Good Service. I recommend them to all my friends in colorado.
Although i am not happy with outcome or the mistakes that were made by the firm on my wife's case. I will say that they made an extremely valiant effort to make things right with my wife. They went above and beyond what they were required to do. Matt who is the office manager has always been great and extremely professional and polite and always responds in a timely manner and we are thankful for that.

However, suffice it to say we disagree with the portrayal of your representation by this Firm. From our perspective, this is a gross misrepresentation of the facts in this case. Each incident you allege is taken out of context or missing key components of the circumstances. During the course of our representation with you, each time a concern was raised our office provided additional clarification or explanation of how your perceptions were not accurate. <br><br>This matter was complicated and provided unique challenges for both sides. Regardless of the challenges and extensive review of the facts in the matter both parties ultimately agreed to the outcome. Our office strived to provide the best Mindful Legal Representation possible and come to an equitable outcome.<br><br>As the owner of the Firm, each client’s experience is important to me. I strive to ensure that our clients are represented effectively and with thought to the practical outcome. The justice system in these cases seldom provides a resolution that is entirely one-side – there typically isn’t a “winner” and a “loser” – that is why these matters are typically said to be heard in “equity”, where the Court is able to come to a resolution that it feels serves both parties and their interests best. <br><br>I regret that you feel we underserved you in some manner and will certainly afford you the time to discuss this matter in the proper setting with me.

This is by far the worst and most unprofessional law firm I have ever encountered in my life honestly, I don’t know how you could get any worse!!! they have been sitting on a case of mine. That is a simple civil theft and for over 6 months they have sent out a letter and that’s it! No moving forward, no communication after multiple attempts one after another!! Spelled my name wrong, asked me for documents I sent them already, got the county I lived in wrong!!! A MESS!! This law firm should be so embarrassed, I could do a better job than this. Run don’t walk to another attorney!! I’ll return with screen shots!
