I cannot recommend this attorney based on my experience. From the outset, communication was inconsistent and professionalism was lacking. I did not feel that my matter was handled with diligence, transparency, or the level of client advocacy one should reasonably expect. A retainer was charged to my credit card immediately. When I later requested a refund due to lack of communication and services. I was informed that it would be processed promptly if I withdrew my credit card dispute. Relying on that representation, I allowed the dispute to close. The refund was not issued as represented, leading to additional delay and unnecessary complications. Clients place trust in their attorney’s word and billing practices. My experience raised extreme concerns in those areas. I encourage prospective clients to carefully consider communication standards and fee practices before retaining this firm.

You have been an incredible support, guide, and advocate through the complexity of the legal system. Your patience and clear explanations made a difficult process much easier to understand. The worst attorney I’ve ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. This man does not communicate with you whatsoever took my $4000 and immediately took his family on vacation and then blamed it on his receptionist losing a family member why he could not work on my case. In the end, we lost our case because he has no experience in what he’s doing. He does not know the laws correctly in court. He never once argued against anything not one time did this man say I object your honor not one time to this man say the words I object not once in three days of trial 12 hours each day he never wants to use the words I object be careful this man just here to take your money…
