First time I called this office becouse I have a case, I called around 1pm and is closed if you want Spanish speaking person the one that answers the phone doesn’t speak Spanish is not bilingual and she didn’t say anything and automatically transfered my call to somebody else that never answer and is frustrating. That’s it. 😖
