After both my parents passed away, and it came time for me and my sisters to put the house up for sale, and then to divide the assets between us, we turned to Kilmartin & Kilmartin for legal advice. Paul Kilmartin took the time to explain in plain terms what the steps would be and the costs for each part of the legal assistance he could provide. First he worked with us thru the process of getting me appointed as the Executor of the Estate, including all the court filings (since the Deed was in my parents name). After that we also retained him to help us thru the sale of the house. He provided legal advice on the offers we received and counter-offers, as well as representing us for the signing of the Acceptance Agreement. Paul was with us at the closing having made sure all the documents were in order and helping us understand the many papers we were signing. Every step of the way he was very knowledgeable, and professional and patient with us. We were very glad he was our legal representative and highly recommend his services.
