I hired David in March 2024 for my divorce. Early in the case, I was granted full custody of my children, placing me in a strong legal position. Despite that, I was advised to accept an agreement that reduced custody and resolved a restraining order against my ex to share custody, with the explanation that it would make me “look better” to the court. I followed that advice. In hindsight, it was a serious error. That agreement eliminated the leverage I had and exposed me to renewed conflict and a subsequent DVRO based on many false claims later on. When additional issues arose as a direct consequence of that strategy, I was informed that continued representation would require a new and substantial payment. At that point, I was left dealing with the fallout of advice I already regretted, without meaningful support unless I could pay significantly more. The guidance I received showed poor foresight and failed to account for the long-term consequences of surrendering protections that were already in place. In a case involving custody and high conflict, I expected judgment that prioritized stability and protection. That expectation was not met. I lost custody of my children as a result ultimately. I regret relying on this attorney’s advice at a critical moment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend David to anyone who needs careful, long-term advocacy in a family law matter.

Hiring David was the best decision I made. His truly on your side and will fight for you. His extremely honest which I appreciate so much. He walked me every step of the way. Showing me the options I had and even went above what I asked for. My little family is extremely happy now. I can’t thank him enough. Give him a call he’s great. An if you want an aggressive attorney he’s your guy.

I consulted with at least a half dozen Lawyers to help me with a case out of the Whittier courthouse. After my initial consultation with David, I knew he was the one I wanted representing me. David is experienced, intelligent, and so easy to talk to. David was very responsive via text or email. The guy is busy, but never too busy for his Clients and he is busy because he is great at what he does. Ultimately David was able to get my case dismissed, not by luck but by pure skill and knowledge of the court system. I hope I never need a Lawyer again, but if I do, David will be the first person I call for myself and Family.

Man O man….David is fantastic! He is super responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. This was my first time ever needing a lawyer, which was for a DNA/custody case for my daughter.
