If a divorce can ever be a dream, Robert Menache is as close as it ever comes. Yes, a very good dream! Robert Menache is impressively professional, experienced, intelligent, knowledgeable, high integrity, calm, and meticulous. Happily, Robert is gracious and kind too. You might think that you're better off with a mean, aggressive lawyer to represent you. Or a glitzy uptown law firm. Not so. The best, very smart, professional, experienced, focused lawyer gets the best results. And costs way less too. Mr. Menache is indeed the very best. He does what is exactly necessary to get the best fair result, without wasteful drama or grand-standing. He came through for me. Wonderfully! And it was a long hard case. I wouldn't want to go through another divorce. But if I did, I would definitely want Robert Menache to represent me. No question about it! I'd give Mr. Menache 6 stars if I could! Robert is and is not a lawer. Robert IS a lawyer in the sense that he knows his technical stuff. Robert IS NOT a lawyer in the sense that he does not have a money gouging attitude that one sees in some lawyers. Robert remains focused enough to speak and advise where he needs to in a constructive manner and he will tell the 2 spouses to work things out by and for themselves [ due to subject matter involving personal preferences ]. Robert took a personal interest in both of us, at the same time did not abandon his professional conduct. I recommend Robert Menache highly to those that need a lawyer to deal w/ legal issues and repeat that Robert IS NOT A LAWEYER in capricious nor financially gouging conduct and mannerisms.

Mr. Menache provides pragmatic counsel and keeps the larger picture in mind. He asked me what my goals regarding the divorce and his plan of action was consistent with those goals. Our conversations always kept these goals in mind, and he would point it out if I ever suggested any action which would detract from those goals.

Robert helped me with my divorce case in divvying up our assets! My ex had complicated our case to no end and had used manipulative strategies to intimidate my previous lawyers. Such tactics didn't work with Robert as he stood his ground and won me one of the two properties that I owned together with my ex. I found Robert thru Yelp and selected him based on this reviews. I made the right choice! Robert is unlike any other "greedy" lawyers that i had contacted before. He is very professional, knows what is doing (very important), to the point, communicates at a blazing speed, tells you the costs involved upfront (which was very reasonable and on top of that he waived some of his fees at the end as a courtesy). My case was completed faster than i could anticipate and Robert met a deadline that i had proposed. He went above and beyond to help me. I would highly highly recommend Robert if you want a honest, professional attorney by your side.
