I love Carmen but her staff really don't match her experience. Terrible service. One of the receptionist hangs out the phone on me because I persist in her giving me a solution to my requested about a follow accident that I had after the first accident.
I'm so grateful that we found Carmen and that she's handling our case

This attorney did nothing for my case. One of her staff was rude upon meeting him and the attorney expects me to be ok with that. I told her and a few staff members I did not want this rude paralegal to work on my case. Now I have a court ordered deposition and no representation because of their inability to pay attention to small details...looking for another attorney now and my deposition is a week away... Wish I trusted my gut.

I’m no longer a client I chose to get another attorney, please do your research before coming here I went by the reviews and actually I think it’s all false . I never got any of my concerns answered until I wrote a review then I was getting them want to wanna talk . Sad , but made a better choice at the end .
