As a medical provider who recently worked alongside Dianne Sawaya and her team on a case, I wanted to share my perspective from the provider side.
Throughout the process, their office demonstrated professionalism and integrity. I especially appreciated that Dianne personally took the time to call me and discuss the case directly. Our conversation was thoughtful, respectful, and solution-focused. It meant a great deal that she made sure I felt heard and understood as a treating provider.
David Berger and the pre-litigation team were also communicative and professional. It’s clear this firm values not only their clients, but also the medical professionals involved in caring for them. That balance isn’t something you always see, and it speaks to the character of the firm.
I would not hesitate to refer friends, neighbors, or patients to Dianne and her team. They lead with experience, integrity, and class.
I would not recommend her to anyone and I would rather represent myself before using her. I had the worst experience for the last two years. I was shifted through 9+ paralegals none of them communicated so I had to send all my information to all 9 of them. I had to call all my treatment facilities and get records to send over because they claim they could not get them. I never once talked to Diane. I had to call them several times to see where my case was and what they needed. I never had a meeting in person or on the phone. I was forced to settle for way less than deserved since they let it reach the full two years and said if I didn’t accept I would owe them 1000$+ more to carry it out. I would have had better results representing myself, only have to send the information once, and got my full lawsuit without paying them for pretty much nothing. If 0 stars was an option best believe I would have choose it.i also wouldn’t pay her a penny if I had a choice since I did all the work myself. And the staff when they did finally reach out was so rude and incompetent.

I had an outstanding experience working with David Berger, Prelitigation Paralegal at the Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya, LLC. David’s hard work, diligence, and exceptional attention to detail made a tremendous difference in my case. He was always thorough, responsive, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for me.
The entire firm operates with professionalism and care, but David truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend David Berger and the Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya, LLC to anyone needing strong, reliable legal support.
I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. Dianne handled my family member's case for over a year, and my family member spoke to her once over the phone throughout this time. Dianne has never communicated with me and has had her turnover of paralegals contact me. Diane’s website says they communicate and keep their clients updated on the case, however, we were never contacted and had to always reach out to them by email, and Voicemails were not returned. We've called and spoke to Miranda/Paralegal and she is just as bad in not returning phone calls or keeping my family
Member updated on their case.
She does not communicate with her clients, the paralegals are rude and many didn't get back to us for over a week.
My family and I will never recommend this law firm to anyone. Erica, Miranda and the other paralegals we spoke to need to retake some courses, as well as some courses on responding to clients and learning kindness. We are extremely disappointed in Dianne Sawaya and will never recommend her to anyone.
Thank you to Stacy Earp, paralegal and Law offices of Dianne Sawaya my personal injury case is settled. Stacy has gone over and above in taking care of my needs!
The office staff are very rude. Miranda was also very rude and I wasn’t even the person on the case. I was genuine with the information she needed and Miranda made it seem like I was trying to withhold information. Then when I gave the information and asked if it was what she needed she didn’t want to answer to confirm what was needed. These people are a joke.
I am so grateful for David b and all of Dianna’s team. David has answered all of questions quick and made sure that I was always up to date with everything. Thank you guy
Thank you so much Nicole W. for all of your help with mine and my partners case and getting us the max payout for everything we went through as a result of our car accident last year!
David was fantastic! He was communicative and kept me up to date on what was happening with my case at all times! Professional, intelligent, and hard working!! I see why Dianne trusts him with her clients! Thank you to all who worked so hard on my case!
This was the best decision I ever made! I worked with Stacy Earp during my journey through my lawsuit and she was absolutely amazing! She was great about communicating with me and updating me with any new information. I didn’t know much going into all of this and Stacy was so patient with me. She helped me understand every part of the process and both Dianne and Stacy did a great job. Thank you guys for really making a big impact on how this all turned out!
My injury case has been active for about 2 1/2 years. I wasn't surprised about that, but I was surprised that I've had 5 paralegals in that time. I've been a little concerned about my case falling through the cracks. However, a recent issue with a Dr office coming after me for payment (and doubling the amount they were trying to charge me) made me very glad I have legal representation!
