My experience with Doug overall was good there were times he was hard to reach due to him having a busy schedule with trials and court hearings so at times there were gaps in our communication but all In regards to my prenuptial agreement case he took care of everything just in time before my wedding date as he promised, He outlined the details in my agreement exactly how I asked, He even recommended a review Lawyer for my fiancé, so We appreciate him taking care of this very important factor for us. Well today was"The Day"after being granted a continuance at a previous hearing awhile back and not knowing just what the judge would make of the charges that were filed vs the reason for getting pulled over with a helicopter in the sky above and surrounded by Sheriffs and Highway Patrol vehicles (at least four combined, clearly premeditated) and quickly arrested on false allegations of driving a stolen vehicle(which was a rental car).The initial charge of driving a stolen vehicle weren't ever mentioned along with other charges that were discovered at the time of arrest nor did the authorities actually list that as one of the charges in their report so the judge preciding over this case shouldn't have his work cut out for him because it's clear that if the reason for being pulled over and arrested was for driving a stolen car, yet no charges of such were filed,shouldn't any and all other charges be dismissed? This Lawyer (Mr.Douglas Borthwick) knows what most people wouldn't think to bring to their defense table, getting satisfying results which deserves praise and a Big "Thank you Sir"are just afew reasons why this Lawyer is the Best at what he does for a living, Represent.
