Was introduced to the team by my Chriopractor after getting hit on the freeway by another driver. All my questions were always answered, responses on email and phone call answered very quickly, was well guided in next steps and when problems arrived was walked thru what to do and even though my case has closed we had one service that wouldn't answer attorneys calls or mine but I was still offered help if I need any assistance in the future. Staff is very knowledgeable about how to get all necessary documents, and one thing that was caught was I had all my receipts of payment that didn't reflect in a medical ledger and that was also well noted, so nothing gets by this professional team. I was rear-ended on the Bay Bridge, and my beloved Prius was totaled. Thankfully, my injuries were minor - everyone involved walked away with only a few scratches - and I didn’t really need the services of Martino & Rossi. But, I DID still need some advice about how to deal with my insurance company for a “Pain and Suffering” settlement. Attorneys aren’t exactly known for giving their time away, but that’s exactly what Dan Rossi did. I had some questions, and Dan took time out of his day to walk me through the process and give me some idea of what to expect when dealing with my insurer.
