My family and I met Mary Beth in 2017 when I was in search of an attorney for a criminal case i was up against. After coming across her firm and meeting her in person we instantly new she was the perfect fit. Her honesty, integrity, humble and down to earth demeanor along with a bit of grit and fierceness gave me absolute confidence in her. Her presence gives you the sense that she really cares and has your back all the way but most Importantly she gets the job done. I have been represented by her twice and my outcomes were complete successes in which I am very satisfied. I would never recommend this attorney—especially to anyone who’s Black or new to the criminal justice system. This was my first time ever dealing with legal trouble, and instead of feeling represented or even respected, I felt completely dismissed. She did not take my charges seriously at all and moved incredibly slowly on things that were time-sensitive. I kept waiting for her to actually fight for me, but it felt like she was more aligned with the prosecution than with me. Turns out, she is a former prosecutor—and it shows. There was no real defense strategy, no urgency, and no genuine advocacy. If you’re looking for someone to actually have your back and defend your name, this is not the attorney for you.
