I had a great experience with everyone at McKinney & Assoc. The front staff, paralegals and attorneys were all kind, thorough, and helpful. Steve McWhirter was my attorney and I always felt that he cared for me and my case. I appreciate all their help through a very difficult time.

My son had Stephen McWhirter represent him in his divorce case. My son’s ex-wife was allowed to lie and defame my son’s character and his ability to parent without being confronted during a cross examine. Mr McWhirter allowed the other attorney to take all the time, delay the final hearing and claim she had full consent from my son before submitting the final hearing to the court. McWhirter not only didn’t stand up for my son but didn’t even stand up for himself with the opposing attorney. $25,000 to be drug through the mud. Disgusting.

I would NOT recommend this firm. They DO NOT care about you, just closing cases. I lost $60,000 in my divorce due to Steve not being prepared. He didn’t fight for me. They cut my last bill in half because they knew they failed me. Susi

Very friendly. We were told facts about our situation. Any questions were answered. We look forward to being represented by this lawyer if the occasion arises in the future. Nice office. We found a back way to get in that is quicker due to traffic.

Austin was my attorney for my divorce. He was actually the second attorney I had due to my first attorney I hired was awful. Austin was a night and day difference from my first one. He was great at communication, explained our plan well and ensured it aligned with my desired end state. He was extremely professional and was very helpful during such a hard time in my life. I highly recommend Austin if you unfortunately have to go through this process. Having a good attorney who really wants to help you and who is not trying to take your money is key. Hopefully I never have to go through this again, but if I do, Austin is the attorney I would call.
