Very poor customer service. How can you run a business and treat and talk to your potential candidates for your service the way that you do? This place is a joke do not waste your time!!!

I am so glad I was referred to Mike Brown and his team. I had a wrongful death claim against a large medical institution and was pressured by the company to settle. I was worried since I was a woman and that I was going after a large company I wouldn't get good representation. Mike Brown changed that perception immediately once we met. He was professional, concerned, and appropriately aggressive with the other legal team that was trying to bully me. I had a whistleblower case that he took on a contingency, then when the government threatened to drag out my case he caved and didn’t even tell me beforehand. He didn’t negotiate in my best interest, but his own telling me I couldn’t get around dropping the whistleblower case in order to negotiate a settlement on the other case where they threatened to remove me for medical reasons and charged for the contingency case. The government didn’t live up to their agreement and I contacted him several times but he did nothing. This is not the attorney you want when results really count.
