We hired chuck for A custody case every single thing I brought to his attention, he said it in a matter disregarded everything wouldn’t listen to anything said it was all OK barely fought for us. Every single thing we brought to his attention he wanted nothing to do with. He didn’t listen anything he said, condescending about everything got another lawyer every single thing that I had told Chuck that we needed to bring up, she brought up and it did make a difference. he was absolutely uninterested in anything we had brought to him or to represent us properly so make sure you look thoroughly through lawyers because they have no problem taking your $8000 and giving you the bare minimum representation. Especially if he has his own opinion, regardless of amount of work, you have done to show you have changed your life around You will still be considered less than in his eyes. Honestly, I feel like he is working with the other side. That’s how bad it was, and then after the judge had made a ruling then he wanted to charge us again. Because the other side reached out to him trying to overturn what the judge had already put in place. Definitely would not recommend him and want to urge you to be very cautious of who you hire because they do not care. It is all a money to them. And his personal prerogative definitely outweigh his duties.
