Incredible lawyer. There is a principle. The more money you spend the better the thing you get. As a client if you feel like she is expensive well that’s because she has an impeccable track record. I completed 2 retainers here and both of them got me what I wanted. For her it’s an every day job that she does but us on the receiving end, it’s something life changing. So cheers to her and her team.

If there was a zero stars I would give it but unfortunately you have to give stars. All I can say is that I went to Misbah office based on the reviews in here. I had an asylum case that was transferred to immigration court and I wanted a second option and I explained everything the tiny details of my life and how I haven't seen my kids since 2016 and how I am their only provider, I also explained that I got married according to our family customs and my husband stepped daughter was a US citizen and will be 21 next year and will apply for her father. Misbah said she will represent me in court and my first lawyer advice would put me in a bad situation so my best option is for her to represent me in court for $9450 and get a work visa for another 9 to 14 thousand for EB3 visa plus $ 500 for my husband FOIA.BUT SHE DIDN'T TELL ME THAT AS A STEPMOTHER MY US citizen Stepdaughter can petition for me just like her father and biological mother.after paying around 14k to Misbah I found out that I actually have a fast straight forward path to green card with no priority date from a girl who works at an office who helps you file your immigration documents defter my husband got his green card and wanted to apply a petition for me and my children. She looked at me and said why didn't your stepmother apply for you at the same time she applied for her father. When I asked Michael first she wanted a new retainer for 4k and when I told her that you are a lawyer with 20 years of experience and you didn't know that my Stepdaughter can petition for me she said that it hard to proof marriage if it was common law marriage I asked her if she had given me the chance I would have provided thousands of pictures in messages and accounts that show our marriage. My husband now has stage 4 cancer my children grandfather is dead and they live alone in a country that they have no living relatives. She dismissed my court case ( my previous lawyer advice was to do that and requested $ 3000). Sha took 14k from me and has the Audacity to ask for more money to send evidence to the USCIS to proof my relationship with my Stepdaughter. It's been 2 years and the Labor certificate perm is no where to be seen which usually takes 9 to 12 months. I am an educated and English fluent person and she sucked my money just like a vampire sucks your blood. THE ONLY TIME THEY WERE NICE TO ME is during consultation or during payment time. I am doing my green card application by my self she had my husband and mother petition for me ($ 535 each fees for USCIS and around $2000 in fees for new green card petition fees to USCIS) I could have listened to my lawyer and dismissed my case for $3000 and applied for green card with my husband at the same office for a total of $ 2500 and I would have my greencard by now. I am currently paying for my husband medical bills and my children colleges and living expenses and have another lawyer to help me bring my children here to see their stepfather who asked his Doctor if he was going to live long enough to see his Stepdaughters. With all of this information and the amount of damage she caused she still wanted more money to fix her mistake Or incompetence. Do your research very well and take some law classes before you make my mistake. Update My GREEN CARD THROUGH MY STEPDAUGHTER WAS DENIED Based on Misbah Chaudhry advice USCIS only looked at the Marriage certificate that we obtained based on her advice which starts or marriage on 2022 when my Stepdaughter was 20. IF I HADENT hired her I would have got my green card in 2023 with my late husband who died on December 2024 and his ex-wife. Now a widow I am still in the immigration which is bleeding me money and putting me in unimaginable stress every day while I wait for my other lawyer to fix what damages she caused
