Honesty and loyalty lives here, great Company, Mr James is the best ,Thank God for him and his team. He did a great Job on our case, he is available each time we have a questions , and he always response, if he miss our call. I definately Reccommend this Company, with this Company you have a great team on your side.a winning team that have your best interest at heart. Very professional. Thanks you.
I am extremely grateful for the advice and guidance I received from John Overchuck. He took the time to really listen, explained my options clearly, and gave me honest, practical advice that helped me understand my situation and move forward with confidence. It was obvious he genuinely cared about helping, not just rushing through a conversation. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy attorney.
They are good if you're buddies with John other than that they dropped the ball on my case and they hadn't done anything with my case for the first yr,I had to personally reach out to John to let him know that his ppl were not doing anything,he's more worried about vaca and selfies and his personal buddies then he is at actually making sure you are getting what you should..... Morgan and Morgan would have done a much better job and been a lot more professional,I do not recommend this law firm to anyone... All I got was wasted time,lies, forgot about an then a crappy payout especially since I have trouble with my back daily.

Hands down the best Law Firm out of central Florida especially one that caters to Motorcyclist!! After my incident I reached out to OVERCHUCK and he guided me in the right direction and from the start I already knew I was in good hands. When it came down to settle, He did not got for the low ball offers and stood his ground. I'm beyond Grateful and Thankful for all of his and the Staff's professionalism.
