I contacted Andrew Peters regarding a criminal charge. He listened to my concerns and represented me to a settlement and no criminal charges were filed and trial was averted. I received the utmost representation and Mr. Peters did all the things right in my best interest. He office staff was impeccable to return my call. I worked mainly with Michell Graf and Mr Peters, the are the “AAA” team in my opinion. I recommend Peters & Nolan to anyone requiring representation in a criminal action. They are simply the best.

Andrew Peters has been a great attorney for my daughter who was assumed to be the aggressor in a fight between her and her husband. When we met with Andrew he was so kind and (of course) knowledgeable and he knew exactly what needed to be done for her. We paid him a flat fee and it wasn't cheap but, money well spent. Ultimately, her husband has admitted to being the aggressor and that she was defending herself against him. To the judges and DA, it is something that happens all the time called a recanting of the charges, and it oftentimes won't help. However, her husband met with Andrew to give an affidavit of his statement to turn in to the DA and the judge. After turning herself, into the Sheriff- because of the warrant, she had no other choice but to turn herself in. She has stated she defended herself. It didn't matter since her husband was the accuser. It is all about the one who calls the cops. Andrew called us and said we could watch the video from the officer's body cam. The DA- as of yesterday has dismissed all the charges and Andrew has also asked for the record to be sealed. And nothing about this case will not show up on any background check. She couldn't have done any of this without Andrew. We are very grateful to him and this law firm! Thank you, Andrew 😊 And all of the awesome people he works with! Outstanding Law Firm!

I think that my problem was that he had too many cases and didn't spend an adequate amount of time on my case because he had too much on his plate. Probably didn't even look at the body Cam. I wish this man would have done a little more research when it came time for the DMV hearing because It caused me a lot of problems. He doesn't care because he got his money. I had to do an overwhelming majority of the legwork because he didn't want to put in the effort towards my case. His paralegal wasn't much help either. She told several things that were not true. And in sentencing he told the judge that I was moving to a city that I've never lived in and gave me the impression that he didn't even listen to me whatsoever. Personally would not recommend him

I gave him a case on a silver platter. They didn't have enough evidence, the DMV had dropped their side of the case. He told me I was just lucky not to be a felon, and they ended up charging me with everything after that. I would probably find a lawyer that cares a little bit more about you personally.

Mr. Peters delivered the exact type of defense I needed and gave me a plea deal better than I even anticipated getting initially. Michelle was always available to respond to any questions I needed. Andrew Peters and his Law Office including his paralegal Michelle and Haley are outstanding. Mr. Peters just represented me in a trial involving menacing and DUI charges. I was found not guilty on both charges. His preparation and presentation were nothing short of outstanding and brilliant.
