Let me tell you guys Misty is the best. Jay is awesome. Everyone at this law firm is amazing, life-changing, encouraging and will help you through everything if you have to. Unfortunately go through legal proceedings. Extra $20 million stars to Misty. Thank you for being amazing and helping me in every way. Much love to you and your friend
Kevin was pretty rude on the phone. I wasn’t confident anything could happen with my case but I was at least trying to take a chance but didn’t need to be met with a very rude attitude when talking about being sexually assaulted. Very unprofessional. I’ve talked to 31 lawyers prior to him just leaving voicemails and getting information and not a single one has been rude like he was. I hope you don’t treat your clients to who were sexually assaulted like this! That’s terrible!

Management at Pickard Law cares very much about how others feel when communicating with our firm. Sometimes, especially when a potential client calls about something we are able to analyze quickly, it may come off as abrupt. <br><br>Please understand we are just trying to assist as many folks as we can get to a solution as fast as possible. We have spoken to our staff about this issue at our weekly review meetings, and we will keep trying to improve.
Although I didn’t get to work with Kevin, in our consultation he was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. The interaction was brief, but I would highly recommend this firm and Kevin.
Do not hire Kevin Massaro. This is the worst experience I have ever had. He does not thoroughly read you emails. He will respond to emails clearly not reading through them, which you are charged for. For example, when offers were going back and forth he would respond with “I don’t know how opposing council is going to take this because it’s a higher offer.”
Did you even read the email Kevin? It’s not a higher offer, you are READING the email. When he is scheduled for court, he does not have a back up to watch anything from opposing council come in. Therefore you do not get timely updates. There was about or over a week before I found out about the accepted offer. After that, I got shoved documents to sign that were not even appropriately written for a contract. I had to go through every line and continue pushing for change. Kevin does not have you back. One time when I came into the office (this is exact verbiage) he said “you’re not unique.”
On phone calls with him he would waste my time trying to give my therapy advice. I need you to be a lawyer not waste my time as therapist.
I feel like he kept degrading me and forcing me into situations that I felt uncomfortable in.
Lastly, the kicker!!!! He lately lied to me multiple times. The one that really pissed me off was that he gave the house keys to my ex before the legal case was closed. Mind you my EX was domestically abusive to me. He just hung me out to dry.
I have all them email threads. If anyone needs to proof, please feel free to reach out to me. That is a very small summary of the bullshit he pulls.
Honestly the owner of the company should be ashamed. That kind of behavior doesn’t change. He will continue to do this. His actions were not just a “bad day.” I worked with him for 9 months.

Kylie:<br><br>We do read our own reviews and are disappointed whenever we fall short. Management at Pickard Law has taken the complaint seriously and we have spoken to our staff about it, with the goal of improving our quality of service.
Spoke with Kevin Massaro about potentially representing me and he was rude and not helpful at all. I spoke with another attorney right after him and they had compassion and discussed my options while being respectful towards me at the same time.

I worked mostly with Misty on a Legal matter. She was great. Always answering all questions and in a timely manner. Never had a bad experience with Pickard Law.
I speak for our entire family when I say that Joe Pickard and his team are amazing! Not only are they experts in the law, but they truly care about their clients and treat them as family! Having Joe and his team alongside of us during a tough time made everything easier. In the end, Joe and team helped us to get to a wonderful resolution. We cannot say enough great things about Pickard Law, and they have clients for life in our entire family!

I had a difficult situation where I had to contact a lawyer and I ended up getting Pickard Law.
My Attorney was Kevin Massaro and his Paralegal was Misty Hofer , I have nothing but respect for the both of them, Kevin helped me tremendously! The avenues he knew where and who to go to help me on this matter which I would not have been able to do on my own. I am so grateful I chose a very good lawyer and he cares I would definitely use him again if needed! I Highly recommend them!

I worked with Kevin and Misty through a very difficult and overwhelming situation. Having their help made everything more manageable. They were both very kind and knowledgeable.
