DONT GO WITH HIM... I have been fighting a case for two years trust me if need to do small claims get all your records and go file yourself he is absolutely the WORST!! Will take your money more then you will get. Your chance is better on your own.
Absolutely horrible, One if the worst if not the worst in El Cajon, If you want to slap someone with a frivolous and need a shady attorney Randal leavitt is your man he is the true meaning of a shark as long as you give him the money he will say or do what ever you want, I would have saved my money but he promises a win and then acts surprised when things don't go his way years of experience I'm surprised he's been in the trade this long. he didn't do a thing for me expect take to my money and lie to me, unprofessional untruthful and unethical, I will be contacting the state county bar to report this.
