I look at all the advertisements by law firms and notice I rarely see one by Riscassi & Davis, PC. Yes they have a few during UConn games but they are done by clients, not the attorneys. I like that. Yes we used RisCassi & Davis’s firm for a medical malpractice case. Found them on a Google search but had heard of them before. Our struggle was real, it was a case that never should have happened (aren’t they all). It was unique, it was challenging, and we definitely needed guidance. That’s when we met Attorney Christopher Houlihan. It was my husband’s emergency but I was making all the phone calls. I didn’t wait 24 hrs before I heard back from him. Through this entire process (yes it took almost 3 years, these things don’t go quickly) Attorney Houlihan kept in constant contact, gave us solid good advice, supported us emotionally, never wavered in his commitment to our case, came to us when we couldn’t go to him, and got a settlement that my husband thought was fair.
