I took some time to think before posting this, but after the way I was treated by this firm’s leadership and legal team, I feel obligated to warn others. Please be careful who you sign contracts with to represent your family. My experience with case manager Brittany Ferreira has been completely unethical. After our car accident, she used my own vehicle information against me to push for less than its actual diminished value. She explicitly told me that the firm does not care about pursuing property damage because it is "not of interest" compared to my family's bodily injury claims. If a firm only wants to accept a case for the lucrative personal injury compensation, they should think that through before signing the client. An accident is a whole package—not just a cherry-picked selection of what is most convenient for the firm’s pockets.Furthermore, Brittany claimed she does not represent me directly. While my husband was driving, I am the full legal owner of our 2022 vehicle, and I am the legal guardian who must sign every single document for my minor son. The firm absolutely represents my interests on behalf of my child. To make matters worse, both Brittany and attorney Luis Garcia called me and raised their voices simply because they did not like what I was saying. Raising your tone to a client is disrespectful and completely lacks integrity, honesty, and morals. Brittany also intentionally stalled my diminished value claim simply because she didn’t like how I expressed myself. They treated my vehicle like a piece of crap, and it is clear they care about the money, not the people. I will never recommend Rue & Ziffra to anyone.
