Used them a few years ago for an accident and they were great. This time not so great, had to follow up on everything and didn't get a warm fussy feeling when I called in to see what was going on. The resptionist was not very helpful and acted like she was doing me a favor by answering the phone and helping me. Always answered "Lawyer's office" never which lawyers office unless I got the answering system. When the insurance company settled the bodily injury, i wasn't told the correct information about the time I missed from work and it wasn't turned into the insurance company so it wasn't part of the settlement. When I received a check from the insurance company for the car rental I had to follow up to make sure it was ok to cash. At that time I asked about the settlement check and was told that a check was cut and that it would be mailed. I waited almost a month, 3 weeks for the settlement check and never received it. When I texted them about it I was told it was lost in the mail. I ended up going there to pickup a reissued check. Again the receptionist was off putting and not very personable. No greeting when I entered the the office, I walked up waited a beat and still nothing from the receptionist I said I'm here to pickup a check. Her reply your ID, not oh how are you so and so or sure let me get that for you, just your ID. Again not warm and fussy or welcoming. She took my id and the check off to somewhere else to I assume to copy it them. She came back handed them to me. I asked her where the original check had been sent she gave my address, I said that's odd I never received it. I thanked her and walked out and will not be returning nor recommending them.

My brother had an accident. He works up to 12 hours a day and doesn’t have time to deal with anything. He trusted Sailer Law Firm to get the best possible compensation for his injury. For three months, he went to the chiropractor, came home later than usual, and even had to go on his days off (Saturdays). The compensation he received for the incident is shameful and doesn’t even come close to making up for the time he lost, the stress and worry he went through, and the extra expenses he had because of the incident. Worst of all, the lawyers didn’t even make an effort to get more, nor did they explain anything to him. They simply told him “You’re going to get this amount,” and that was it. They are a disgrace.
