Do not go to this lawfirm and pay for their "fixed price" instead of paying for retainers. They sell you on the fact that about 40% of clients get divorced in their phase 1 of billing for about 9 grand. They neglected to say that pretty much all they will work on is going to court to push the case and the initial divorce filing if you did not receive them. You buy an amount of time and drag their feet so that you will go into their phase 2 of billing and have to pay another 12-15 grand to continue the case. I complained at that time and the lawyer there extended it 2 weeks and basically drafted the child custody agreement. I left this company and paid a 5 grand retainer and got actual bills of the items that my lawyer was actually doing. At least when you have to pay more money to replenish the retainer you actually know what they are billing you for. My estimate is that I paid over 1 grand per each time my lawyer went to court to continue the case and do nothing. This place is a total rip off!
