Highly recommended. Mark is a highly experienced lawyer who is passionate about his profession and gets results for his clients. Look no further- this guys is one of the best in the field
If ever I get injured in a place of work, I would never hire anyone besides George Fogy. He is a lawyer deserving of the upmost respect. He lands settlements beyond your wildest dreams and he does so fast! Because I have hired him my family is completely debt free and in such a better place in life. Perry Mason has nothing on Mark Swartz!!! My case was very complicated. It required in-depth research and the ability to look outside the box. From the beginning, it seemed my case would be tough to win. But, Mark Swartz, Esq proved he was invested in me. He was easy to contact and always followed through. He kept me up to date and informed. He made me feel like I was a priority and listened to me. Mr. Swartz investigated every angle and discovered incriminating evidence and located expert witnesses that contributed to the successful outcome of my case. He seemed to immerse himself in my case. Watching Mr. Swartz at work during the trail was like watching an episode of Perry Mason at its finest. The beauty of his interrogation was the way he led the witness down this alley and they never saw it coming. It was a slam dunk before they realized they just walked into his trap making the witness speechless and stumbling over their words once they realized what happened. He was so calm cool and collected that they never saw it coming. It was so exciting!!! It was difficult to refrain from screaming out in approval of his performance! I highly recommend Mr. Swartz! He is an A+/5 star attorney! I am willing to speak to anyone who has a question. I can't possibly say enough good things about him! He is the best!!!
