Back in July 2024 my mother passed away at home. Unfortunately, she had no Trust or Will in place to let everyone know what her wishes were with regard to her home and modest assets. I contacted TheAshcraftfirm after checking several advertisements for probate firms. I don’t know why I selected Greg Ashcraft’s Firm, maybe because they also handled Trusts, I can’t recall, but I am very happy with my choice. Greg’s team I interacted with were Greg, Nancee, Kelsey and Justin. The probate process sucks. Period. Not going to sugar coat that. However, Kelsey, a paralegal, at TheAshcraftfirm did a great job keeping me the Administrator and my siblings thoroughly informed on what to expect and she made the bitter pill of the State requirements easier to handle with her kindness and compassion. I have zero complaints. If and when you have to call the firm, most often you will speak with the Office Manager Justin who is very easy to communicate with. I felt they had my back. I had to deal with an eviction, which they do not handle but steered me in the right direction. The initial cost to get the process started is a modest investment up front to cover court filings and other necessary paperwork, other than the small amount up front the firm gets zero until the final petition is approved and signed by the appointed judge. In our case that was 20 months. We loved the Ashcraftfirm so much, we hired them to put together our family Trust. Thank you so much Greg, Kelsey, Justin and Nancee. Sincerely, Steven and Brenda Gray
