My experience with this office was perfect. The lawyers are great. The staff was very quick to return calls/emails. All the information I needed was given to me up front and all my questions were answered. I would definitely reach out to them again in the future if I needed to.

It was a long 5 years but we made it and the Fast Filers were with us all the way!

As painful as it was to file and make the choice to go down this road, everyone in this office not once made us feel bad about being in this position. They all helped us from day one along with any adjustments made to our plan throughout. We made it a long 5 years. Everyone was nice to work with but I do have to say, Katie is a pleasure to talk to. She runs that office smoothly and is always on top of the details. And always so nice! Thank you!

They were typically pretty patient with me and pleasant to correspond with. They also made sure there were no surprises and were very thorough. The only problem I had was that even though they talked to me 98% of the time and I was the one initiating and listing myself as primary on all of the paperwork, they still listed my husband first on everything and always addressed him first.

This is a wonderful law group and very easy to work with. They were very clear with what they needed to help my case and had wonderful communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend them and if I ever in need again I will definitely use them again. They were very professional.

Michael Suchoparek represented me in my Bankruptcy filing which was recently completed very much to my satisfaction! His office assisted me in making sure that I gathered the required documents for his review. It was a lot of work on my part because I had to complete some unfinished tax documents that I had not previously filed with the US Gov. but as soon as I got them filed with the IRS, Mr. Suchoparek completed the filing for me with the Bankruptcy Court as promised. I did not experience any problems when he and I went to court where we talked to the bankruptcy trustee. His support team is awesome! Many moons ago I wanted to file bankruptcy. Finally after the last time trying to trade in the car I wanted to get away from I got more reasons to get it done. I think about half of people who file bankruptcy either have a good experience or a bad experience, but for me it was awesome. So the decision was clear and although the process for me wasn’t as fast as I would have liked it that was not or it had nothing to do with the fast filers. Every time I interacted with them it was nothing but good and clear communication. I think the worst part is getting all the paper stuff together lol. I want to seriously thank Mr. Suchoparek and Katie for all they’re help. I now and always will refer people to the fast filers.
