mr. gallaga is a terrible lawyer. actually, i don't know if he's a lawyer at all. i paid him $2,000 in July 2025, because he said he could get me a pro nunc tunc form. he never showed me anything, he just did a lot of talking. that's why i had to fire him and file a grievance with the State Bar of Texas. save your time and money, find yourself a real lawyer

So being a father in a Texas court is almost always a bad situation. I was in that same situation. I’m glad I had Mr Gallaga in my corner. Plain and simple, he asked me what I wanted and then began the process to make it happen. Divorce is messy, Mr Gallaga organized it and sifted through all the unnecessary bickering. He was extremely professional and was always pointing me in the right direction. He was also my morale support when I felt defeated. He was encouraging when I felt discouraged. This process was new to me, but from the first day, he made it clear he was going to fight for what I wanted. Im happy to say that he gave me everything I asked for as far as custody. I have split custody of my children and don’t pay child support. That’s almost impossible in Texas for a father. He defended me when the judge was already trying to take the kids from me in court and only allowing me to see them every other weekend.. He spoke up for me and I will always be grateful for that. He could have stayed quiet and gone with the flow since he’s received payment. Mr Gallaga is as good as it gets. My child support case was not an easy one since I work out of town alot, but Mr Gallaga heard my case and went straight to work on it. Keep in mind, this is the first time I ever used an attorney. The price was good and he is very professional. He took care of everything and got the results I was looking for. I won my case and now have full custody of my son. Would highly recommend.
