A better receptionist with training and manners would have avoided a bad review. Allow any potential clients to finish their part of the conversation before rudely cutting off with one a one word response. No manners or professionalism.

The receptionist was nice, but, he never bothered to return any phone calls. Too busy to be polite, I guess.

I hired Mr. Brandt for a medical malpractice case years ago. He was never prepared and in trial we didn't have the evidence to prove my case. Maybe he has gotten better but I doubt it. Be careful with this attorney.
