I cannot speak highly enough of our lawyer Josh McDowell’s exceptional handling of what could have been a very stressful and unfair situation. Our case centered on a baseless misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct leveled at us, which falsely accused us of harassment and trespassing in an attempt to secure a restraining order. Despite the DA showing an initial inclination to credit the plaintiff's exaggerated claims, Josh remained steadfast and meticulous in dismantling the opposing narrative with clear, compelling evidence and persuasive arguments.
