Highly recommended ! Dave walked me through the process and at the end of it he was able to get me about 6 times what the insurance company initially offered. They don't want to litigate and if you have a lawyer they will give you a max offer. Dave is knowledgeable, kind, responsive, and easy to work with. In spite of these terrible circumstances, he was a pleasure to deal with and knew the boundaries of what was possible and not. This is all he does, which means he is a specialist, and so will know more of the ins and outs then someone who does this in addition to other facets of law. I spoke with a few dog bite lawyers and they charge a similar amount, but could tell they were guessing with certain things. Don't take that chance for your family. If you go with him you will have no regrets!
