Would highly commend for any sort of legal entanglement. He has assisted me with wills, power of attorney and property right entanglements. Would be hard-pressed to find someone who would be so forthright and let one know up front whether the legality is worth the time and effort.
I have retained Tracy twice. He has been an excellent lawyer for my specific legal needs.

While in the middle of a high risk pregnancy, I was struck in a rear-end collision which totaled my vehicle and left me with long term injuries. Tracy represented me and was highly knowledgeable, professional, organized, and courteous. It was a relief to feel that I was in good hands during an otherwise stressful and at times emotional ordeal. I feel that Tracy went above and beyond in taking the time to advocate for me, and I would absolutely recommend him!
