This attorney started dancing on a zoom hearing regarding children that were abused by the mother and boyfriend after case was dismissed due to jurisdiction. Oddly years later both were found guilty for felony 3 charges. This attorney most recently shared confidential information regarding children’s safety w defendant who has been restricted from ever being in contact w children due to guilty charges of domestic violence, child cruelty, even excessive mental abuse also 3rd felony charges. We have an active protective order for six years which this extremely unethical lawyer easily just broke by sharing information w children’s assaulters who have been found guilty.

I was referred tp Atty Simmons early last year just before the statute of limitations ran out on my case. The insurance company made a ridiculous offer and the first attorney that I contacted declined to take the case. She never gave me false hope or led me to believe that I had a $100,000 claim, but assured me that my case was worth far more than the insurance company offered. She was honest and upfront with me. She listened to what I had to say, explained what she would do, told me what she needed from me and handled the case more quickly and more efficiently than expected. To say I was pleased with her services is an understatement. I would not hesitate to use her services again.

I have gone through an extremely contentious divorce and still fighting battles with my exhusband after 2 years! I needed someone to help me. I would never in a million years have any family or friend contact them about any case . Back in May I was in a hit and run accident . I got referred by my mother to contact Trichelle Simmons worst mistake I ever made . I went to therapy the one they told me to go to . Did maybe a month & some weeks there me and my son . I called numerous of times , for them to give me the run around not really answer my questions . And have done nothing forward with my case . I finished therapy back in July 2020 it is now December 20th , 2020 . I got a letter in the mail box dated December 14th 2020 . Stating that they choose not to represent my case . I don’t understand why . Bc they told me they were waiting on the other insurance company to contact them which I guess was a lie . I was also told this Dec 9th 2020 . The last time I contacted them . Over these months they maybe only contacted me one or twice no more than that tho . I keep track of all the times I’ve called and barley no answers to my case . If you are injured and need Attonery. Please and I mean please don’t give them a call . They will give you the run around and not really on your side to help you . Maybe somebody will read this and choose a different Attonery.

A professional attorney would never try to resolve a matter or concern via Google review such as she's doing. 2nd reponse: Trichelle to answer your second response to this review as I've stated before, my doctor's office confirmed that you NEVER gotten in touch with their office nor have you ever requested any of my documents. If you spent this much time corresponding with my doctor's office as you are doing to this review you wouldn't be backpedaling and I wouldn't be stuck with a $4800 bill. (Client Review) She ended up settling my case for a horrible settlement. She didn't fight at all for what was right. She didn't even contact my doctor's office when she told me she did. I will never use her or recommend her to anyone. Ist response: And her response to my review above is the same way she handled my case. Unprofessionally and as if she didn't care. Telling me in your response that I should have gotten another attorney is the unprofessional attitude she exudes. The reason I signed the settlement was because I trusted what you said which was you were in contact with my doctor's office only to find out later you never were. You never requested any clarification or documentation from them. You got paid but I'm left with a bill that could have been resolved if you would have done your job and contacted them. I wish I would have gotten a different attorney in the beginning. A complaint will be filed.
