I am writing this review in regards to my mother. This company does not return phone calls emails or anything they do not follow up with their clients and if you call they will send you to voicemail and never follow up Chelsea Navarez and May Hudson are the two ladies assisting with my mothers claim and neither of them have responded to any calls or email in days. They have reached out for a review on the claim and my mother hasn’t even received any type of payment ! Please stay away from this law firm they have the worst communication they do not follow up Timely you will just be waiting forever

So you can't help me because of a conflict of interest. Interesting hear rather thsn elaborate rather than not tell me what the conflict of interest is. How is it that you advertise for work comp injuries yet tell potential new client it's a conflict of interest. So since either your office staff is inept at explaining whats wrong or what the conflict of interest is who should you recommend?

Updated June 8, 2026 I received the call from the attorney today June8 and I must say that he’s actually very reasonable! We agreed on a way forward and to take down this crappy review. I will only update it for now, as we advance through the case. My case is looking hopeful again and I really hope we can work together!🙂 Initial review 👇🏾 Zara law is a joke. You likely will be left feeling worse and helpless than you initially were. Here’s why. I was connected with ZARA Law in Sep 2025 to handle an ASSAULT case that led to injuries. Immediately signed documents to have them represent me. They requested witnesses, evidence and testimony. Everything was provided. They then DISAPPEARED. Multiple calls to the firm were met by front desk staff who repeatedly said they would reach out. That was a lie. December of 2025 they finally reached out and apologized for their breach in communication stating that attorney handling my case no longer works there. I was ready once again to move forward. Fresh documentation was required and sent immediately! Yet again, disappearance. Fast forward to May 2026 I get a call from staff saying they were dropping the case. This is the 8th month! Their excuse was that they didn’t have enough evidence/information to pursue anything. There were cctv footages at the establishment where the assault took place. I don’t believe the footages were subpoenaed. There were multiple witnesses present with vital information and evidence relating to the case that were NEVER CONTACTED. I was told the witnesses had nothing but hearsay to offer! How this conclusion was made without any efforts are bewildering to me. Nobody in their right or hurt minds should ever have to go through the torture from this firm. I am waiting to speak with the assigned attorney for the first time to understand how he came to this position. If he reaches out!

After a couple of months i received a letter saying that they couldn’t represent me so I tried calling, and messaging to get more information to no avail. I can’t say if they do well for others but my experience with communication especially left much to be desired. I understand if they weren’t able to continue but without any other information I’m left completely unarmed
