I highly recommend Mr. Siegel, believe me you won't be disappointed. Mr Siegel saved my life . I was in credit card debt over $20,000 and hospital bills and with his help and his associates I am now debt free. Hiring Mr. Siegel was the best decision I made. He is very knowledgeable in his field and he cares about who you are and wants to help you and his staff are just wonderful also. They are so patient and they will answer any questions you have. I was very nervous and I went into the office a few times thinking they are gonna get tired of all my questions but no they were very caring and helpful and made me feel less nervous. I talked with Sandra who helped me not be so nervous and said everything would be ok. Then I asked if I could go to their office for my court appearance and they said of course yes. I'm bad at names but I had a very nice man(attorney) sitting in there with me and before I knew it ,it was over and a couple months later everything was discharged and I was ready for my new debt free life. I couldn't thank you all enough. They are such a blessing . You know how you see those commercials from lawyers on tv saying they can help you but when you call them they won't work with you at all and they kind of had an attitude, but with Mr Siegel he was wonderful from beginning to end and gave a monthly payment plan that I could afford , he made me feel good about my decision. I lost my job in 2023 and couldn't pay my bills when I couldn't find another full-time role. I reached out to this law firm, afraid for my future because bankruptcy seemed like my only option. I was set up on a payment plan, but no follow-up services were provided. I sent a complaint to the BBB and it was closed because there was no response from this firm. Only now, after filing a complaint, am I receiving any response. I decided not to go through with the bankruptcy. I just want a refund of what I paid - that's life-changing money for me that could be used for a bill or groceries.

While I haven't yet hired Mr. Siegel, from my initial phone call, he seems knowledgeable and dedicated towards his clients' best interests. After all he advised me to not file for bankruptcy now, which won't generate any revenue for him. He also said I could call back later with questions, and I won't be charged until I actually file through him. So my impression is that he is a great guy.

I made a great decision filing my chapter 7 with David M Siegel & Associates they did everything I needed them to do and I’m very happy with the outcome.
