Eric reached out to me with the guise of trying to fish information under “legal responsibility” when there was no right to do so. I set a boundary around a case and he tried to bulldoze over it for a client that I am not on speaking terms with. This feels slimy and gross. I’m glad he’s not my counsel but this kind of behavior isn’t acceptable in my opinion.
