No call back. I don't play that with attorneys. If you don’t want the job have the spine and the common decency to call back and say so.

I called this office and got advice on a legal matter I’m having. Unfortunately, my particular issue was outside of scope for their office and as it turns out I didn’t need a lawyer to hire for my issue. Nonetheless, they gave me valuable advice and helped me a lot. Would highly recommend.

Parker has handled many matters for myself and several of my family members. We have always had great communication and team work and has ways exceeded our expectations in negotiating. I highly recommend him for all things a business or property owner may encounter. He has high integrity and works very hard for his clients.

I filed a grievance with the Colorado Supreme Court against Parker Semler for his unethical business practices. I do not recommend Parker Semler. To my surprise 3 months after the free consult that he advertises I received approximately a $3,000.00 bill for that first free consult. I experienced Parker's violent temper too many times. He displayed it in his office in front of me and others. Parker did deals behind my back and under the table with the other side that were of financial benefit to him. Although I was his client he was secretly working with the other side. When I discovered these unethical business deals and multiple secret meetings with my ex and other businessmen I confronted Parker. (Parker billed me for the secret meetings and phone calls. That was how I discovered what he was doing.) During the confrontation he tried to lie about the secret deals with my ex. Parker negotiated a deal with my ex and wrote a $10,000.00 check to a man out of his COLTAF account (my money supposedly in his safe keeping) without any knowledge or authorization from the judge or me. Parker turned on me like a venomous viper and unleashed every nasty trick he knew. He was angry and let me know. You will read others have noted this man's unethical business practices. I am not alone. Now I wish I had read his reviews. Parker is not a family lawyer. He had targeted me and saw an opportunity. He assumed I needed a real estate lawyer and after soliciting me for months I called him back. It is often easy to get in but in this case was impossible to escape. During the few months Parker represented me he had a habit of not returning my phone calls or emails so we had very little communication. After I fired Parker Semler I could not get rid of him he refused to quit like a dog that would not let go of a bone. Parker continued billing me although he had been terminated. He also refused to return my files until I took legal action. That took over a year. Parker kept all my settlement money, he had the settlement check made out to him and continued charging me so I would owe him the entirety of my settlement money and more. Parker pretended to be honest, concerned and on my side, he clearly was not. Parker filled his bank account and robbed mine.

Not Good at understanding the peoples needs. And quick to disregard their word. There is no competency here. A particular individual is responsible for work avoidance. Hiding behind a title that has no authority, and no idea what law is. Companies, individuals, systems, government, entities are not to force a system on anyone, especially one who is baiting and switching people for the solo purpose of collecting data, on a on lawful scale. would have to repeat or record your own conversations, documents, do your own work basically. Very well practiced in scheming others. One way or the highway, not faith based. Does not respect the Constitution, as well as liberty to own your own. Not big fans of minorites, or Charity, not good on integrity, or good faith. They receive an F. Misleading the public , and setting people up for failure by agreeing verbally over the phone, and when client is in person the agreement changes, to eventually trick the client forcing themselves to receive a head count for people they don't even help. Take ,take, take. In the study of law they know better and can truly help to make a difference, I witnessed they just choose not to work with minorites that they CAN help. Anyone in law over 2 year should know what's needed to help others. Truly not under false intentions, or false hope. They do not honor the Constitution and liberty laws freedom to own your own property, nor Freedom, mor the Bible. Woke to them for know and not helping, or not wanting to know better. II TIMOTHY 2:15

Great service at a reasonable price. I found out about Parker via a free consult from Nolo regarding a construction dispute. I wasn't looking to "lawyer up"... I just needed some good legal advice to negotiate a fair and equitable solution by leveraging some legal muscle. Parker was perfect and didn't "nickel and dime" me on some followup issues.
