Mr. Elvis Tran helped me with an employment related matter. I was laid off during the COVID lockdown. Toward the end of the year, I received a letter from my former employer’s HR asking me to sign a ‘Separation Acknowledgement’. I wasn’t sure that I understood the letter agreement correctly and had to seek out guidance. Since I did not know anyone, I had to do a Google Search. Mr. Elvis Tran was local to me. When I offered to pay him for our telephone call, he declined saying the entire reason he became an employment attorney is to help people who are in situations like mine.
