Adrienne the case manager absolutely wasted our time. No formal intake meeting took place, I made sure to confirm if the firm had experience with tribal law and they said yes,later they dropped us and said the case would cost too much to litigate and tribal law is difficult. A demand letter was sent but the firm never followed the rules and filed a claim on our behalf, the other side said they sent a letter to acknowledge representation and Markarian said they never got the letter. Very unorganized and seem to only want to handle easy money making cases like many other firms. They should have never took our case and wasted over one month of our time. They may be great for accident cases that are easy but absolutely failed when it came to handling a case like ours.

10/10 communication skills and actually calls u back!
