Terrible experience. They charged $1*** for establishing an company. And they keep delaying replying our email. Every time we called them ask them why they haven’t replied us and they always said I am replying your email right now.....and they did the horrible job on this. IRS mailed us the letter shows we submitted the s corp election late. And we emailed them to ask. They just said you need to ask your CPA or find another tax law lawyer.... what a f@@&)Give me $1*** back and I will pay CPA or other lawyer to do that for us.

I retained attorney Joshua Pearson for probate of a will. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. His skill set far exceeds the norm of other attorneys. He took the time to learn about the decedent and family. Mr. Pearson did not rush the initial consultation and provided all options available to properly represent the estate. After the probate process Mr. Pearson was available to answer questions and make sure that the administration of the will was properly recognized by financial institutions. I would highly recommend Mr. Pearson as I have not found a more competent attorney.
