We thought we were going with a local attorney, they had an attorney from Austin take over and split their money. They had the rudest assistant for us to deal with, condescending is putting it nicely (from Austin attorney). The 1/3 fee only for your case is not true. They also charged paperwork fees, over $500.00 from Reyna when they didn't handle the case with small settlement it didn't help. Even though my car was totaled it was a small settlement since we were not injured badly. So I am still losing money because I have to replace my car. I would not use them again nor recommend them.
