If I could give this firm zero stars, I would. We signed a contract with them, and within a week of becoming a client, communication essentially disappeared. I informed them that I was experiencing pain and needed a referral letter or documentation to seek chiropractic treatment, but I never received a response or the paperwork I requested. I called the office multiple times. Most of the time I couldn’t reach anyone directly, and when I did, messages were simply taken with no follow-up. I even asked the receptionist if I could have the direct phone number or email address of the person handling my case, and I was told they do not provide clients with direct contact information for their case manager. I’ve worked with several attorneys over the years and have never encountered a situation where a client couldn’t communicate directly with the person assigned to their case. Eventually, I decided to terminate my contract. When I called to do so, I was placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes, and suddenly James was available to speak with me. He apologized and stated that this was not how they normally conduct business. However, despite that conversation, it still took more than 48 hours to receive the termination paperwork. Unfortunately, my experience suggests that this is simply how the firm operates. Communication was poor, follow-up was lacking, and I spent far too much time trying to get basic responses. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.

I am very satisfied and happy with the service I received from Sandoval & James. From the first call to the conclusion of my case, the entire team was very professional, attentive, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Something I truly appreciated was that they were able to assist me entirely in Spanish, which made everything much easier and more convenient for me.
